Simplified, Accountable Structure: An Overview

This presentation will provide a brief and basic overview of the leadership model known as Simplified, Accountable Structure (SAS).

What would it mean to change the work and conversation around your church's leadership table to focus on mission and less on structure? SAS is a modified governing model that combines the traditional functions of Church Council, Finance, Trustees, and SPRC to create a holistic leadership lens for the church to ensure all ministries and use of resources align with the congregation's mission, vision, and values. Grounded in missional accountability, a SAS Board is able to claim opportunities and face challenges with more agility and flexibility for our postmodern culture.
