About this Workshop
The best writers, orators, and teachers throughout human history realized a fundamental fact about human beings– we respond to stories. Stories can call us to action, help us see another’s point of view, or consider something we didn’t know before.
Stories are all around us. We can’t get enough of unique animal friendships or stories of crazy vacations from complete strangers on booking review websites.
When our loved ones are experiencing loss, or sorrow, or great joy, we want to know the who, the what, the where, the why, so that we can walk alongside them.
A good story will entertain, teach, and comfort.
Doesn’t the Church have a story to share as well? Are we, as lay and clergy people, sharing that story?
